We believe that education, knowledge and relevant skills sets are empowering and enables an individual to fulfil his or her aspirations, find meaning in their professional and personal life, and be responsible community members and citizens of our nation.

Our deepest desire is to enable communities gain self sustenance through education, vocational skills and employment by residing in their villages and in this process, we aim to prevent migration.  

 

Our mission is to:

• Equip youth with relevant livelihood skills and training for gaining employment.
   

• Create alternate source of income for women
   

• Improve the learning capabilities of students in government schools.
   

• Prevent migration by encouraging community members to seek employment or become self employed in their village and nearby towns, without moving to cities.
